ONLINE RETURN POLICY:
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we will happily exchange or provide store credit within 30 days of purchase or provide a refund within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for all shipping/postage costs on returned items and we take no responsibility for returned goods that may get lost or damaged in transit. PLEASE NOTE: A restocking fee of $5.00 is applicable on all change of mind returns. Exchanges will be processed as a new order and applicable shipping fees will apply. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Refer to Australia Post for delivery timeframes to your location. We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers, sale items or custom ordered products.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and The Beach Willow will take no responsibility for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Click & Collect is available during business hours, (Monday to Saturday from 9.30 AM to 4:30 PM and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 4:00 PM). This convenient way to shop allows you to order from wherever you are, with Click & Collect being free and ready for in-store pickup within 24 hours.
